Esteban Santiago, 26, is originally from the New Jersey area and had been living in Anchorage, Alaska while in the Alaska Army National Guard. Reports say that Santiago has mental health issues and had recently walked into the FBI office in Alaska claiming that his mind was controlled by the CIA and that it was forcing him to join ISIS.
